Clive Lloyd audio | Chairman of Selectors

BRIDGETOWN, Barbados –Clive Lloyd, the West Indies cricket legend and most successful captain, recently took over as Chairman of the West Indies Selection Panel.

During his playing days the 70-year-old made 110 Test appearances. He led the regional team during the 1970s and 1980s – the most successful period in the history of West Indies cricket.

During that time he led the team to victory in the Cricket World Cup on two occasions (1975 vs Australia) and (1979 vs England). On Thursday, Lloyd had his first official interaction with members of the media.

He spoke to WICB Media about his plans for West Indies Teams in the months ahead.
