Gils - To my knowledge, identifying the problems must happen before anything else.

And was not a task the " 19 historical changes document " presently being implemented managed to execute.

Then stop rewarding failure.

Gils : you stupid little puppy, can you even guess what this deal could mean.

Affers :
Cameron knows things need to change...i've told him directly and he agreed...same with Pybus...i'm hoping next season we will see the type of changes that will make sure our players have the structure they need to develop properly.

We as a proud cricket institution could have dug our heels in and screamed like pakistan and SA.............but in the end if the deal gives us funds to actually IMPROVE our cricket then what do we have to lose?

the big boys still aren't getting the "tier" stuff are they?
