in spin we have Benn, Shillingford, Narine, Bishoo, Permaul, Badree, Kavesh Kantarsingh, Miller

these can be spread around the levels. narine may play in all 3..but Badree is best for T20. Benn is great for ODI...Permaul is a very good all-round player who could become the ODI captain.

shillingford and bishoo can find their spots as well.


in pace we have Gabriel, Johnson, Holder, McLean, Roach, Rampaul, Taylor and a bunch of kids coming up and looking in now. the first 7 must be involved at the various levels too

and if the circumstances develop spot duty can always be found for best and fidel if they remain in any way viable.

but we must expand the situation, widen the pool, select 2-3 captains, eliminate the coach position to save money and improve the administration of the team. or if a head coach is going to be maintained strip his power and restrict him to coaching only

a good coach like andy flower/kanhai is a 1 in a million chance.

yu dont maintain a post so that by a million to 1 chance you might get somebody to fill it successfully. the odds aint in your favour and the post so expensive you might waste many millions before you even get a half decent coach.

head coaches are a waste of time
