I see mike warming to the task as convener of our cricket fantasies and mc such that his ad libs and commentary are becoming quite engaging dareisay.

However neither he nor the OP have bothered to answer my question whether 40th position is available :?: Anyway I got a sprinkling of players in both of the semis ...

howzdat, I went on pilgrimage to Blue Mountain Peak, braving storms, snow, and wild boar attacks, to visit the Oracle, where the OP resides, and seek his advice. After making the usual sacrifices (Afro in effigy), I asked the OP for answers to your questions, and - surprise, surprise - the OP said yes, 40th place is available!

However, it does seem that you have competition for the wooden spoon....
:)

I beg your pardon doosra but i just taking a chance to see the lay of things for the semis and beyond - i mean wooden spoon - at least

So at quick glance I see that we both picked Darren Bravo, Shivnarine Chanderpaul, Sunil Narine. Couldn't detect your replacement for Gayle. With Joyce & O'Brien in your fantasy (and the Irish contingent already home) I reckon that I aint gonna be putting that Minogue girl track on the decks so bad luck pardna. And i see you also fall fowl of the OP with de-selected duck-server Kirk in your lineup. On the other hand neither of my openers serving me very well; plus I might have some injury dropouts.

So looks like is all wood to play for ... and i hope that all @ windiesfans.com rooting for I since you resident @ cc.com  But no worries pardna as Lord Nelson seh all ah wi is one family

Allyuh rass see is how nice i nice, eh :?: :!:  Finally dj howzdat reach pon di fantasy scene. Hope is a good omen :!: OP is wah yuh seh? 40th deh pon reserve, yeah :?: :!:

so mr. green, although i have absolutely no vexed interest in 39th place - remember i dun ask the OP if 40th is available - it look like for the next match is Kraigg Brathwaite, Ramnaresh Sarwan, Shivnarine Chanderpaul, Jason Holder vs Shivnarine Chanderpaul, Fidel Edwards in the matter of what mike termed
while the wooden spoon is boiling down to a tussle between howzdat and doosra
Right now i have it, the spoon of wood, firmly in grip, as by my reckoning after this game doosra has a lead of at least nine over me; but what will the selectors do for the next game? We will see?

... and then sometime later on. doosra, I suddenly had a thought to look up at the table from our uvp (unique vantage point) and there i saw nevavex and is vex i vex I tell you. Why? it look like a vexless character sneaking up pon de rails and looking fuh rival we in the looking upwards at the table business.

Let me have a vexless word see if i can sort things out.
dear nevavex you ought know, like everybody else, that you are welcome to 39th place if you really fancy it, because is 40th I transacting with the OP about :!: :P Got it :?: Good.
btw nevavex, you is family?
so what do you think doosra, mikesiva and the OP gonna eat these their words in public :?:
while the wooden spoon is boiling down to a tussle between howzdat and doosra
truthfully i couldn't care less because it's all a fantasy and i aint vex

Lawd dj howzdat reach in truth. Enjoy

Real Cricket continues to maintain some space between himself and his challengers at the top of the table, who are CricketFirst and Juno right now. Narper is fourth, while Ben has moved into fifth place. Bally and Andy enter the top ten, while mikesiva's challenge has crashed like a Jamaican batting line up. The battle for the wooden spoon continues to be tight, but pole position goes to nevavex ahead of howzdat and doosra.

A 75 point swing from the final would suit me just fine. It has been a ding dong tussle and great fun. I reckon that the vexless one will drop a spot after the final and will be between doosra and myself for 38th. However if the Bajans demolish the Trinis with the ball then all bets are off! because I will be laughing with the other side of my face.
Let us see.

with one match to go it's tight at the top. Fantasy league guru Juno has a narrow one-point lead over Real cricket at the business end of the competition. Narper and goofballs are well placed to challenge in the final match while Bally moves into the top six. Howzdat now has one hand on the wooden spoon.

the title could be decided when Juno pits Ashley nurse and rayad emrit against Sunil narine ravi rampaul and Darren bravo in the real cricket stable.

if you pick up any errors feel free to let me know....
