But what I can do is try to clean up the program and make it user friendly and send it to you. The code is really sloppy right now and there is no GUI. It is written in MS Access if you have that.

I thought about doing a website to facilitate all this but I too lazy and work got me.
Remember that I'm a computer illiterate. GUI, MS Access, what's that?
Bally has tried to be very patient with my ignorance....
:geek:
But any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I will just make minor changes with regards to some of the fielding....

Poster scores will go up later today.

These are the scores I have...do tell me if you get the same, or different, when you recount.

I gave Porterfield a 10-point bonus for three dismissals, took 10 points off Dockrell, and two points off Samuels....

I probably gave Samuels 12 runs.
What does concern me is why Dockrell is wrong. I probably have a range that is wrong. I will check it and re run the first match too because I am clearly giving him 10 extra.
Porter field is a problem that shows a flaw with how I went about the logic in the program. You split a run out if it is shared so instead of calling it 1 run out I called it .5. This gave him 1 total in the run out column for two shared. Then I said sum catches, stumpings, and run outs. This gave him 2. I do not log occurrences. The easiest way out I can see is to make a total run outs field for each player. Then sum that.

Thanks Mike.

Microsoft Access is a database program.
GUI is graphical user interface. It is what we use everyday when we interact with software. I was trying to be quick so the program is sloppy. I should have designed the tables, design the GUI, and use the GUI to do the data entry. Instead I skipped doing the GUI and manually enter data into the tables.

The end of this would be a program where you can generate the scorecard with a workflow and manual entry, calc points, and then assign them to fantasy players. A program that anyone can use.

Thanks for that, nick...whatever you can work out to help me would be great, just as long as you're patient with my computer illiteracy.

Eyeballing it that holder pick won it for Juno. Looks like Holder got a ton. 115 to be exact.
