Clearly this is a done deal and nothing is gong to come from this according to PJ Paterson. Protecting the image of the CPL s of greater importance than he incompetence of the third umpire in just one match.“The CPL has succeeded in reinvigorating the passion for cricket across the region and has in two short years established its own distinctive brand and earned exciting market appeal. Nothing must be done to impair its image or erode its credibility”

So, this means that Barbados go thru to the Champions League....
But how strong will the Bajan team be? Smith will play for Chennai, and Pollard for Mumbai.
That was why I was hoping that Guyana would win...they would've only lost Narine.

The best thing that could come out of that last final is changes to enhance the game.
1. Why use DL when you have named a reserve day?
2. Who pays for bad umpiring and handling of the game? No team should pay.
3. How are the umpires to handle slow overrate?
They have to look at all the factors that affected that final and take corrective actions. Else, they have have accomplished nothing! And that would be a damn shame

Googley what happen to you boy? Can't you see that this investigation would expose the WI incompetence to host a proper competition? Don't you see the potential damage this could have on the future of WI cricket. Look bro, let us just sweep the dust under the carpet and all will be well ok.
