Jamaicans Usain Bolt, Asafa Powell, Yohan Blake, Veronica Campbell-Brown, Shelly-Ann Fraser, Melaine Walker and Brigitte Foster-Hylton are running well.

Trinidad's Kelly-Ann Baptiste and Jehue Gordon are performing better than the Trinis in the West Indies team.

Barbados has sprint hurdler Ryan Brathwaite, Antigua has sprinter Daniel Bailey, Grenada has quarter-miler Kirani James, and there's even Guyanese veteran Aliann Pompey, all running well in the build-up to the Olympics in August.

I thought after I read the title of this thread this was leading to some sort of petition to get rid of the WICB administration after being fed up with WI cricket. I'm severely disappointed.

I'm back now...the highlight for me has been Shara Proctor from the tiny island of Anguilla (do you know where Anguilla is, Afro?), beating the highly-rated Americans in their backyard to win the long jump with a leap of 6.84!
