Windies vs AfghanistanIt's one of these 15-man 11 vs 11 warm-up matches....
Fidel gets the early breakthru: http://www.espncricinfo.com/icc-world-t ... 78142.html

Re: Windies vs AfghanistanWell 122/7 is ok i guess, looking at some other scores it looks like these tracks are very good to bat on because SA got 186 vs NZ, India 185 vs Pak, Ireland 164 vs Bang and England 172 vs Aus..who replied with 163 and Bang got 159 too, so it can't just be a coincidence that everyone is filling their boots,
very happy to see Narine get a few wickets, at the start of every competition he tends to need a game or two to get warmed up, i remember in the IPL in his first game his figures were 28/0, then he was dropped for the next game, after that he came back and got something like 22/1, and he never looked back again, he had a rough time against SL like most of the others did but i'm hoping this game today gives him the boost he needs to get going.

J Charles b Mohammad Nabi 12 (19b 1x4 0x6) SR: 63.15 Gayle's half-century comes up off 36 balls and included four boundaries and three sixes. Gayle hits 65 not out off 48 balls, including five boundaries and four sixes, as the Windies win by eight wickets with more than four overs to spare. I'm still concerned that if Gayle doesn't get off to a flyer, the Windies are in trouble.
Re: Windies vs Afghanistancongrats to WI for winning the final warm ups... Hope they are ready to bring home the WC...
Re: Windies vs AfghanistanLOL at mike laughing when narine got hit for boundries but then he SHUT HIS BIG MOUTH when he ended with 23/2!!..i guess thats another fail to add to his collection
I think your bigger concern should be that your country is missing Pieterson Mike!!.. Last edited by AFRO on Mon Sep 17, 2012 1:09 pm, edited 1 time in total.
Re: Windies vs Afghanistani posted this before and its worth repeating!
Gayle fails, WI lose (90% of the time) check the records since he came back into the team if you think I am wrong!
Re: Windies vs Afghanistan
So how did we draw two limited over series with Australia WITHOUT him then POOgley? Also you better look at the one day series vs NZ, he only performed for TWO of the five games and yet we won 4-1!!..so go sih dong!!
Re: Windies vs AfghanistanSkuntfro with his premature celebrations...when WI loses, "oh its only a warm up!"
when they win, hollar and screaming like its carnival!!
