Big series about to startAnd I do not mean the WI tour of Bangladesh.
England already having a hard time on day one of their game against India A with Steve Finn limping off injured and India A posting 369-9 at a healthy 4.10 runs per over. One argument for the inclusion of Permaul in the WI team is that he is a leftie. So is Patel and he had a tough first day conceding almost 5 runs per over. Anyway Bangladesh is not India so........... In the meantime, down under, Australia will have their work cut out to handle the SA attack. Tour starts Friday.
Re: Big series about to startSA vs Oz thread here:
viewtopic.php?f=27&t=5648 India vs England should be interesting...can India get revenge for their 4-0 whitewash last year?
Re: Big series about to startThanks Mike. I think bally should have had one place for all cricket!!!
I did not know that Australia already selected their team for the first test.
Re: Big series about to start
I think that cricinfo shares your same sentiments considering the tour schedules hasn't been updated for the WI Vs Bang series.
Re: Big series about to start
Cricinfo has the Bang schedule here: Schedule
Re: Big series about to startLook at the front page quick links. There's nothing there for WI Vs Bang.
Quick Links: CLT20 Aus v SA SL v NZ Ind v Eng NEW: Windows 8 app NEW: iPad app ICC Rankings Shopping
Re: Big series about to start
Let's see if it appears there as the tour gets closer
Re: Big series about to start
Well considering that it's a cricket website, there shouldn't be stuff like NEW: Windows 8 app NEW: iPad app ICC Rankings Shopping on the quick links when an upcoming tour right around the corner.
Re: Big series about to start
However, Samit is batting well on the second day.... Could Prior bat at six, and Patel come in as the Flintoff-style allrounder at seven?
Re: Big series about to start
I dunno. IMO it's a quite well designed site despite the Bang tour not yet appearing (if it ever will) on the quick links. Now I can't say the same for the WICB website!!!
