BRIDGETOWN, Barbados – West Indies reached 39 without loss in their second innings against the Sagicor West Indies High Performance Centre team when bad light stopped play 10 overs on the second day of their three-day, practice match on Wednesday at the Three Ws Oval.

Scores:

WEST INDIES 220 for nine declared (Darren Bravo 57, Narsingh Deonarine 37, Darren Sammy 36, Veerasammy Permaul 29; Miguel Cummins 3-21, Jason Dawes 2-30) and 39 without loss (Kieran Powell 25 not out)

SAGICOR WEST INDIES HIGH PERFORMANCE CENTRE 181 (Kyle Hope 55, Andre Fletcher 39; Veerasammy Permaul 4-37, Sunil Narine 3-48, Fidel Edwards 2-23)

Kirk Edwards rehabilitation is almost complete.

Unfortunately for Fudadin he has failed to cement his place.

As a matter of fact if Kirk gets a century his spot in the test team may be assured - one of the others may have to be shunted aside!!
