At the end of the first day's play, Nash was out for 67 but Marlon Samuels was still going strong on 143 not out, as Jamaica's first innings reached 332-3 against the Leewards.
The Lions were 260-4 at stumps, with Adams on 115 not out, and with him was Bairstow on 34. For the CCC, Ryan Austin and Kavesh Kantasingh have taken two wickets each.
Trinidad limped to 172-5 thanks to an unbeaten knock of 72 from Sherwin Ganga, while Ramdin made 53. Amit Jaggernauth is the other not out batsman on six, while for the Windwards, Matthews, Johnson, Mathurin and Peters all took one wicket.
In another rain-affected game, Assad Fudadin hit 77 not out to lead Guyana to 176-3 at the close, while Singh fell for 15. Pedro Collins, Fidel Edwards and Ryan Layne all took one wicket for Barbados so far.

Kyle Corbin topscored with 54 as CCC reached 176-5 at stumps, while R Reifer is carrying on the fight with 46 not out. Chris Woakes and Danny Briggs have each taken two wickets for the Lions to date.
And halfway thru their match, the Windwards are comfortably placed against Trinidad, reaching 149-2, led by an unbeaten 47 from Andre Fletcher and a 46 from Theophile. Shannon Gabriel and Imran Khan are Trinidad's wicket-takers.
At the close, Guyana were strongly placed against Barbados, reducing the tourists to 88-5 after being bowled out for 330.
