I would go even further and suggest the following to them...make all officers terms liable to change at any time. make appointments based on need of the moment and day, for specific and necessary work tha is to be accomplished.
and when that work is done the job can be over.
in fact the issues shoudl always be thoughly known by all members, fully discussed and understood and so anyone can do any job at anytime. it all comes done to efficcacy, practricality of the moment and the most competent and effective job that can be achieved.
you could not subvert the organisation by corrupting any officer or member of a traditionally elected executive, for there would be none... or all are everything in there.
the system loves when their oppostion sets up traditional executive and organisational structures. our lords and masters are expert at subverting status quo organisational structures by good old fashion corruption
if this is accomplished what you would have is a walking organisation that could disassemble and coalesce again at any time to acomplish whatever they need to do, fully aware of whats going on, fully educated in their process, why they are doing their business as they are, and commited to their own class interests
