Port of Spain, 14th April 2011- WIPA NEWS RELEASE
On Friday, September 25, 2009, before he became CEO of the West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) Ernest Hilaire stated that Chris Gayle’s captaincy of the West Indies Cricket Team was not guaranteed.  This was despite high praise from former West Indies Captain, Clive Lloyd, and other former greats, including Sir Gary Sobers, who described Gayle as a natural leader.

Yuh actually think dat de WICB care about de WIPA? He know dat he had to respond to de Minister but dem know dat de WIPA nah have any ballz.... :lol: :lol: :lol:

Well they operating like the army recruiting youngsters to be slaughtered. But, guess what , the youngsters will learn quickly who them really dealing with. The same people pushing them now will pull em back to save their behinds :lol: :lol:
