Yes, India will be at full strength when they travel to England, having rested a number of players from Test and ODI cricket for the tour of the Caribbean, giving preference to the IPL....
But in contrast, the WICB will continue to be vexed with Gayle and Taylor for choosing the IPL over a Test and ODI series. Who's the real fool in all of this?

there are 2 ways cricket can resurge in the westindies.
1) revolutuionary social change takes place and smartens up blac people so we may once again do positive things in the world including play cricket. and so, in combination with west-Indians make a world class team again
2) the west-Indian population start to produce world class players in droves like africans used to do, marginalise African westindian participation that has grown dotish...take over the team and start to beat people the world over.
thats it! and due to the utter decline and retardation of blac westindians now, the latter option appears to be only ray of hope for westindian cricket
