yuh know it hit mih hard a lil while ago...the decline of westindies cricket is a real bummer in the world. it has messed up everybody, all cricket lovers, screwed up the schedule, made so much of value redundant
there was a time when India feared to come to the westindies, their top players not dare to miss such a tour. there was a time in the westindies when every tour was important no matter the opponent.
westindian used to love to go see their team play, take note of the opostion, see who was good and who was not.
the collapse at Warner park in Paks second innings was stunning, disorienting. I cud not believe it! cud not even speak of it till now. misfields, dropping catch after catch, disarray, shambles, collapse.
there is a void, a gap where westindies used to be that is not going to be easily filled. but I am afraid we are going to have to for there is no restoration in sight.
those responsible for westindies cricket and its development are totally incompetent. deh are of decay and know only decay from their class perspective, they cannot do better than the job they have done, which is run the cricket into the ground
