Lil Bravo's been left out of the team for the second ODI....
And Kirk Edwards keeps his place.

How can Kirk Edwards play ahead of Darren Bravo ?
Like the esteemed Mapoui said---Lil Bravo needed to be dropped down the order---not dropped from the team.
Oh well, maybe Lil Bravo's swell head will compress with this dropping----he'll realize that his 31.75 oneday average is very ordinary and aspire to improve it when he rejoins the team.

DARREN BRAVO CONTINUES TO FAIL
Lil Bravo's oneday average has dropped to 30.95Mishra to Bravo, OUT, caught at deep midwicket! Bravo steps out to Mishra once again, he isn't quite to the pitch but he goes through with the shot, lifting the ball off his pads towards the deep where Manoj Tiwary moves to his right and takes a well-judged catch on the move. Bravo gives it away again. The Umar Akmal of West Indies?
DM Bravo c Tiwary b Mishra 15 (36b 2x4 0x6) SR: 41.66

You could try Lil Bravo from #1 to #11----the fact is he is just an ordinary batsman.BallOil wrote:We should try him at #5 or 6
ANY BATSMAN WITH A 37.32 FIRST CLASS AVERAGE IS AN ORDINARY BATSMAN.
Darren Bravo(first class avg 37.32) is an ordinary batsman.

for the sake of experimentation, rotation, etc, I would give Bravo a good run til he find his spot. He is young and looks pretty at the wicket. Let's put style over substance a bit eh?The Black Prince wrote:You could try Lil Bravo from #1 to #11----the fact is he is just an ordinary batsman.BallOil wrote:We should try him at #5 or 6

Take a look at Marlon Samuels---he has been playing for 11 years---he is a prime example of style over substance.
Check out marlon Samuels batting stats:
Marlon Samuels is full of style but no substance---after 11 years he remains a rank shythound.28.84...Samuels test average
29.66...Samuels oneday average
Lil Bravo is young and talented---but his 37.30 first class average tells me that he has a good shot at being the next Marlon Samuels---FULL OF STYLE BUT NO SUBSTANCE.
