SIMMONS STAYS; SARWAN MUST BE DROPPED---replaced by Kirk Edwards

TEAM FOR 3rd TEST---batting order
barath
simmons
bravo
samuels
shiv
kirk edwards
baugh
sammy
rampaul
edwards
bishoo

By the way, dont be surprised to see the selectors bring back DEVON SMITH for the 3rd test---Smith replace Simmons and Kirk Edwards replaces Sars.

The team would then be:
barath
smith
bravo
samuels
shiv
Kirk Edwards
baugh
sammy
rampaul
edwards
bishoo

Black Prince what the feck do you mean about "Simmons stays"? are you a selector now? bwoy go sih dong!!, if they can drop THE VICE CAPTAIN for poor scores then Simmons should be dropped too, the only one who saved himself is Baugh, Simmons and Sarwan should sit and i don't believe the selectors are mad enough to bring back Smith!!, Singh would just eat him alive.

the only batting option westindies have a the moment is Edwards Kirk. he and braithwaite are the only new ones deh have worked with since the WC.

braithwaite is too immature so he is out for a year or 2..or shud be out for that time! dat leaves only Edwards. one man cant replace 2..so one of sars and simmons stays.

toss a coin! the Indians have worked dem both out and know unerringly how to get them out now

devon smith shud not be an option ever again. but he is a dotty, one of the bwoys. with hunte and hillaire one never knows. deh may even bring back sknash

Well, you've got your wish, Afro - Simmons has been dropped, as well as Sarwan....
:D
Let's see how Kieran Powell does....I just hope he can pass the Rampaul Test.

anyone can replace out of form players...but can they fill the shoe? Looks like Powell is not ready. Now Edwards comes in @# 3. Why Bravo or Sammy didn't bat at 3?

Kieran Powell and Kirk Edwards managed just nine runs between them....
We would've been better off sticking with Sarwan and Simmons.

What's the point of pushing youngsters into a team before their ready, just because they happen to be young?

So far, Powell and Edwards are failing the Rampaul Test. Hopefully, they will come better in the second innings.
