I have no idea!!..i guess after our u19s embarrassed Australia the other day they don't want the same thing to happen again!! 
, and believe me it would, the England Lions came over here in the last four day competition and barely won a game, i've also seen the England and South African u19s recently and they aren't anywhere near the level of ours, as for the A-teams, ours us stacked full of talent, many of them are in the HPC who will be touring England soon apparently so i guess that's why they didn't go to that competition.
