Hi guys. What I take note of is the fact that Tinotenda Mbiri Kanayi Mawoyo carried his bat for a 163! 645 minutes at the crease. 453 balls faced. 20 fours. no sixes. A strike rate of 35.98.
And in so doing he has undoubtedly immortalised himself in the annals of the game! What a way to announce oneself as a batsman of distinction!

And in only his second test match rahtid! On debut Tinotenda Mbiri Kanayi Mawoyo made 43 and 35 averaging a shade under 2 hours per innings at the crease. In this innings of 163 not out - remember he opened the batting - he was at the crease for 645 minutes! He batted for a day and they couldn't get him out. Such batting is the stuff of cricketting folklore; and he's 25 years of age.

wud he have accomplished dat had the game been played on the westindian pitches we got for the 5 test matches this last season here?

on the only half decent wicket we got against pak we beat them.

dat wicket at Bulawayo is dead as a door nail...a bullys wicket. and accoridng to the reports I read Tino at the end of it all, still cud not read wats his doorsra

and despite the good wicket Paks bowling still terrorised most of the other batsmen, only Taibu appeared to know what he was doing against the Paks spinners.

and hamilton masakadsa failed again against good bowling. he is a bully. he will kill bad bowling but can do little against the tough teams.

watch out! as soon as Pak gets a lil break with the pitch Zin will be in tatters
