Well, this "club cricketer" is earning more money playing "club cricket" than playing for the Windies, and in the end, that's what pays the bills....

Did you notice how at every press conference Gibson has to answer questions about Gayle's omission?

Spot on Mike... plus I'm sure he is getting his money on time to pay the bills rather than waiting years to get paid by the WICB. Gayle is facting WICB on the world stage like those massive sixes yesterday but they too dumb to see it.

who the fans was jumping for in the stands? 8-) The same stands WI can't fill at home even with free tickets :P

We're talking about Gayle, and Gayle is earning more playing IPL than for his country, and that's all that matters for this thread....

And for the record, after the disaster of the first 20/20 in England - which we lost - people were talking and writing about how this side misses Gayle. Given that the WI lose more than they win, Gayle is talked about more often than he isn't.
