The man has come back and is playing well in ALL forms of the game, with him being an experienced head and performing with BOTH bat and ball could he be the one to finally end this Sammy disaster?!! the more i think about it the more it makes sense to me :mrgreen: ,

what is Samuels stats since him came back? Do you think WICB will actually give Samuels the Captaincy?

In the Tests he hit a 50 against Pak, and then against India he got a 78 not out, he was 35 not out in the T20 win in England recently and has also done ok in the ODI's!!
Do you think WICB will actually give Samuels the Captaincy?
What are the other options? Samuels plays all forms of the game and he's performing with both bat and ball, what else can we ask for?

What is Samuels average in the various forms of the game?

I highly doubt given Samuels history, he will ever be WI captain. He is not even leading Jamaica in the regional matches..

Whats done is done!!.. he did his time and now he's free to play cricket, it's not like the man cheated in a game so why can't he lead the team?

Really? Agreed he did his time but it would be absolutely foolish to appoint him captain.

Let Samuels work on his game, he has a lot of work ahead him...

First of all Sammy can't make the team on merit and doh care for him. However, Samuels will never be WI captain as a result of his ban. To give him the captaincy, where he can easily influence a game would put him more in the spotlight...
