Trinidad and Tobago spinner Sunil Narine was the surprise package at the 2011 Champions League Twenty20 in India, emerging with the best economy rate. He was also the second highest wicket-taker, and is looking to take that form into the regional Super50 tournament, which bowls off next week in Guyana…

Good to hear him talk, and this might sound extreme but i believe he's by far the most exciting spin prospect not only in the caribbean but IN THE WORLD right now, and that was evident in the champions league, when the indian fans go nuts over a spinner you know he has to be good, his spells against Mumbai and the Super Kings in perticular were just mesmerising, the batsmen just didn't have a clue how to deal with him,
And another thing that was encouraging was that he got the big fish mainly, Watson, Dhoni, Raina and Vijay to name a few, who are all internationals, now he's gonna play for Trinidad in the one day competition and i expect him to tear it up, and if he does i think it will put big pressure on the selectors to pick him for the India series, at least for the one day and t20 games.
