I did not watch and do not weep!

Gibbo siad he is the man! Hunte and dem say he is. he shud have any side he selects ready to do better than that..if he is any kind of man.

when I look at games and see things like Pollard going for 37 runs in 5 overs I can tell that there is no plan. I watch pollard bowling shiite and no one is telling him anything, correcing him at all. not the captain, no coach message from the sidelines...nutten!

ramdin just take him off and I dont know if anyone made sure Polalrd copped the lesson involved. I dont know if the coahes copped that lesson and so made sure Pollard copped it too.

so wat can we expect next time Pollard bowls?

if Gibson is a good coach these things shud not happen.

once the condtions of the day were spied gibson shud have made sure his players understood what to do, how to approach batting in such circumstances...if he knew. I am not sure now that he does. and if he does not know he cant teach and coach wat he does not know

yu win a series easy..2 games. yu do not let down. it is not professional to let down when you are on top.

this is a lesson westindies shud learn...must learn if we are to succeed. it is a lesson the professional coach shud be particular to make his team understand.

today shud have seen a re-girding of westindian effort, of intent to sweep bang..not to lose ignominiously to them...not to give them a leg up wen a couple of tests loom.

this cutarse does not wear well on . all the players around the westindies shud have gotten the message already...what is expected of them shud deh get pik for the westindies.

wat is expected of them is play hard to the end..of games, of the series, of the tour. the intent is to sweep, to WIN EVERY GAME.

Gibson still has work to do he shud have accomplished by now!

he has long been exposed to me. I dont think he is any good! I said so many times.

I have been just going along. but when i saw Pollard bowl and get clouted all over the place and continue to bowl the crap I knew Gibson had not done his job.

that alone is worthy of loss of job.

there are too many let downs like this for a coach to be on the ball, on top of things, making sure his charges do that which is right at all times...at least know what to do in any and all conditions in which deh must play.

no one is correcting while things go wrong, trying to stop the mess taking place. rhe mess shud not take place at all. even if we got beat yesterday no one shud have thrown their wickets away. deh may have been slow but someone shud have told them that Bang wud not have been able to make 150 in those conditions.

150 was minimum in 50 overs in the conditions. SO TEK ALLYUH RASS TIME!!!!!!

especially wen yu have a young and inexperienced team you have to lead, guide, talk, explain, demonstrate. YU HAVE TO BE ON TOP OF THINGS. THATS WAT THEY PAY YUH FOR

Well Gibson thought that he has arrived and things will magically fall into place. He didn't know that all the hard work was ahead of him. He had a lot of resources thrown at him too such as batting consultant, prep team, camps, etc..

well exactly! things are much better for Gibson than any other recent coach as far as money, support, facilities go.

then there is the high performance centres, especially Beckles something at Cave Hill.

if yuh have all dat and westindian players still approach their game in that ridiculous manner then the coach must be held responsible
