I can choose between westindian coaches. we have good ones, better ones and worse ones. Gibbo is coach now but I dont see him as capable. so I look around for better among what we have

Afro nah know what capability is suh excuse him..... He is currently being paid to be a jackarse without blind hence his directions...
I did not big up david Williams or state he must get the job. I listed him as a possibility. there are many others.
any quality westindian coach is good enough for me.
but had I the responsibility I would hire no coach as head. I would have coaching throughout the westindies...coaches who would act as scouts as well, coaches westindies can call on anytime one is needed for work at the top.
at the top he would report to the captain. the captain is the man in cricket. that shoud remain so. demote the coach..do not dilute the captains position
