I know it was just a matter of time for Gibbo to explode again... Everytime lil heat catch him he looking to blame someone else... I have Gibbo's MO covered... :lol: :lol:

Gibbo was hoping to arrive in Bangla and dominate them without Gayle et al but after losing de T20 and the disaster of the last ODI plus the WI being the second best team in this just concluded test match....frustration tekking over....God only knows what will happen if the 2nd test follow a similar trend..... 8-) :lol:

BTW - Bangladesh against WI should not be so competitive. 8-)

LOL you skunts are so BIASED!!.. unnu moaning about the players performance but yet you don't want the coach to tell them what they did wrong? your all HYPOCRITES!! :roll: , IT''S HIS JOB TO GUIDE THESE PLAYERS, so when dem perform under their best standards harsh words have to be said, AND IN THE END THEY BATTED BETTER, so his talk obviously worked.

So its BIAS to call out someone's unprofessional behavior? Its Hypocritical to fcuking call out Gibbo micro managing fcukery? If you like and enjoy being ruled by a dictator, its nat de same for everyone.... :lol: :lol: :lol:

I not so sure now dat Gibbo will be around for long. dat took all of 3 days from my previous position

it seems gibbo is cutting his own feet from under himself

dat was awful behaviour there. he may lose even the younger players he has some kind of decent impact on.

Gibbo is displayintg a major lack of general behavioural sophistication and emotioal control
