...seem to have produced stats that make good reading for once!
:)
1) Kirk Edwards - 252 runs at an average of 84

2) Darren Bravo - 233 runs @ 77

3) Shiv Chanderpaul - 126 runs @ 63

4) Kieran Powell - 84 runs @ 42

5) Marlon Samuels - 72 runs @ 36

6) Darren Sammy - 59 runs @ 29

And now for the not-so-good part....

7) Lendl Simmons - 51 runs @ 25

8) Kraigg Brathwaite - 83 runs @ 21

9) Carlton Baugh 36 runs @ 18

We still have problems finding openers who can cement their place in the side, and while glovemen Baugh and Ramdin are a comfortable pair of hands, neither are producing the runs that are expected of them....

mike, we have to take into consideration that this is against Bangladesh, but in the past we have failed so many times collectively, so any positive stats should be taken with some gratitude and a pinch of salt.

personally, i see this as a warm-up to the real acid-test that is India. although on paper the Bangla-tour is alot more evenly-matched. all they can do, is take whatever experience and confidence they've gained and expect a much tougher assignment in simular conditions to come.

i wish the Boyz luck, because they're gonna need it...
