Pandit-Ji wholeheartedly agrees with you. Mediocrity is rampant in West Indies cricket.
The Bhagavad Gita preaches:
Do your duty to the best of your ability. Whatever your lot in life is, whether it is being a cricketer or a porter, do your best. Pursue your work with action. Be focused and determined.
Over the past 16 years only 2 West Indies cricketers have followed the wisdom of the Gita---the great Brian Lara and the future great Shiv Chanderpaul.
Pandit Rajaram has always preached that every human being is born a winner, but what happens in life is people get off track, become complacent, lose focus and eventually most souls either achieve mediocrity or have mediocrity thrusted upon them.
Good lead post Black Prince! Panditji is most impressed. West Indies cricket will never recover as long as mediocre cricketers are tolerated and praised to the hilt.
