why you think I called for NASH to be cappo!!!! the only other player who is sure to be picked in this WI team!
Once again the googster is proven right!
and pacemen herath, malinga and perreria ent no slouch nidah. skansh will be searched and throroughy examined in lanka.
I BELIEVE SKNASH DOES NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO SCORE WELL OF LANKA BOWLING. what den!?

barath is young! he is westindian fuh real! he have real test class ability.
in this situation his youth does not count against him.
sknash age counts against him. he is almost 34 already and he is by no means a solid, proven test batsman. he scored 2 featherbed tons and a couple of other half decent scores. thats it!.
if you have to drop gayle, shive ruled out and sars too ...and big bravo is not the man wat yu go do?
that is tantamount to starting again. so who you go make captain if yuh starting again?
now if its barath, with the clear and stated policy that he is to be trained in the job/on the job and is to grow with his team, which soon would include lil Bravo, and will grow younger sooner rather than later...you have a man who would immediately have the support of senior players like shive and sars...of the Bravos..indeed of most of the side, with the admin in his corner.
barath would be an almost universal favourite because he is young and attrractive and good. he would truly represent a new start. all would be excited and want to see him grow and do well.
almost the whole region would be pulling for the kid, would be behind him, willing him to do well. he will not be impossible to the side like sammy, who will likely be a divisive factor.
{ sknash also is likely to be a factor of some divisiveness}
and then all the structural support I have dscribed elsewhere kicks in, to ensure the that barath grows up in the game as captain and batsman properly.
that there is a far more credible, exciting and creative project than making ole' sknashie cappo. there is far more potential all-round in going in that direction, than farting around with a 34 year old australian mediocrity, to whom and with whom, there is absolutely no upside!
{ hear nuh googley! barath is ah westindian you know...like sars, shive, ramnarine, ramdin, rampaul etc. I doh care if deh brown of jet blac or very fair.... they are citizens, westindians and dats is all that matters to me. the westindies is what it is and dats where I am from. its home and all man from home qualify.
I like my PAD. I am one! but I accept all other westindians too and am determined to deal with all as I must..as citizens!}

not the way I see it and proposed that he be appointed!
and as I said man...I like Darren Sammy! I recognise he is not good enough to beat out Bravo and that is selection as cappo is ridiculous. but as far as I have seen he is a worthy citizen and I am hoping that this experience does not ruin him
were I in his boots I would try summon up the guts to refuse the job. but to dothat he prolly risking the wrath of a lot of strongl people in his area who would remember any such refusal of his in a negative light

how can he! for the players to suport Sammy it would like cutting-off your face to spoil your nose!Mapoui... Will Sammy get the support if he can't mek the team on merit? How far passion will take him?
how can anyone support a man in such a position when they know his inclusion will contribute to loses on their part?
the only way this can work out positively, is if sammy is a dynamite captain, tactically sound to the extent that he lifts the team up by his leadership,to play the best that it can, to always give a good account of itself and/or win games in the process.
if sammy is that kind of leader, natural born to the mantle, sort of like the saffie of yesterday, Peter Van Der Mewe, who lead a side of stars to success, players like the Polock Brothers, Colin Bland, Dennis Lindsay etc., but was hadly worthy of a place on his own.
a long time ago the Oz decided to apppoint a kid by the name of Ian Craig as captain just like that..a batsman who was early twenties and had just made the side. strangely that nugget sticks in my memnory from about the late fifties when I was a lil kid but I dont remember how it worked out.
I have to check it out but it did not work too well for by 1961 Richie Benaud was leading Oz against the worrells westindies!
and of couse there was Mike Brearly the englishman who was not a test class player but a brilliant captain.
if Sammy is such a leader we ma yet get out of this in one-piece. but that is a hell of a slim reed by which to proceed! but we will soon see!

You have a captain who cannot make the team on a regular basis , what is is average in batting ? Never mind.
The key is this Hunte , Hilaire and Sammy .
List the three of them, then list the country they came from.
Some thing not right here .
Doesn't it look suspicious
