Our objectives are similar is stature . Upliftment in T&T cricket resulting in improvement in West Indies
Cricket. We at times may not be on the same side of the discussion but I am willing to listen and reconsider.
My opinions are not cast in stone. Its how I learn.
I thought that Manning and his Finance Minister repeatedly said that T&T was cushioned to with stand the
onslaught of the Worldwide downturn in the Economy by his govt policies.
What happened. Did Pena see something and didnt tell Patos . lol

Dinas,
I thank you for your response but before I get into some of the questions I asked , I have enclosed something below that my investigation to date has turned up . If you notice various zones didn't attend protested and when Mr Wallace finally got a word in .Mr Ramkeesoon said the matter was closed.Members walked out in protest .
Is this democracy at the T&TCB ? sigh
.I am still awaiting Mr Bassarath response to the letter about the racists comments.Mr Bassarath stated the following in his email to me , since he claims he didn't get my emails even though I copied the T&TCB and asked that copies be given to Dr Sammy and he.
Mr Bassarath states and I quote " Please resend to get my well deserved response." , I did still waiting for such response.
Did you raise any objection to the above as VP of one of the Clubs associated with the T&TCB. I think an email of such a conversation in T&T society would be frowned up by some one of your stature. A letter outlining your position should have been dispatched to the T&TCB immediately . Did you do this Dinas?
It takes a great deal of fortitude to write such a letter , to have it thrown out in the wash is an embarrassment to all associated with cricket that falls under the T&TCB umbrella. Dont you think so Dinas?
Your response back to me sounded as a reference for Mr Bassarath and the T&TCB , unfortunately I didn't ask for such .
If you had the opportunity to re read my emails some were simple questions .Listed below
Who are the directors of the WIPA Board .
Who are the directors of WIPMACOL?
Do you have the WIPA latest Financial statements. If the above are in the Arbitration or Courts I can wait .

At a board meeting sometime in April Dudnath Ramkeessoon who chaired the meeting in the absence of Bassarath reported to the members that the Executive took a decision that the issue was 'Rum Shop Talk' and the matter was closed. William Wallace got up and said that he wanted to speak on the matter and was told by Ramkeessoon that the matter was closed. However Wallace persisted that he must be heard and he was finally allowed to. After Wallace made his contribution Ramkeessoon maintained that the matter was a done deal. This did not go down too well with some members and it resulted where Wallace and some other members walked out of the meeting. The following board meeting sometime in June the SSCL , Tobago, East south and south west zones reps. did not attend as a mark of protest. Bassarath, some time after informed Moses that the Executive had appointed a three man committee headed by Ousman Ali (Dinas right hand man) to deal with the matter. To date that committee has not met with Moses. That is where it is. If you wish to get further details you can contact Moses .

Can you give me your position on this delicate matter since you are in one form or the other associated to the T&TCB?In your email to me you stated " I do not support anybody blindly and if this present Board is not functioning in the best interest of TT cricket then I will oppose them as well."

Mr balloil
When I think she has all the facts , she subtly throws in more .This incident has wounded the T&TCB
badly .It shows what that administration is about .How can it recover from this as she puts more factual
information on the table daily . I cannot wait to see what else is up her sleeves.
I am positive she has a plan , it will be picked up by the International press soon ,just a matter of time .

[] I cannot comment because I was not present at the said meeting nor have I ever attended an Annual General Meeting of the TTCB nor have I been invited to attend in any capacity to attend.
Is this democracy at the T&TCB ? sigh
At a board meeting sometime in April Dudnath Ramkeessoon who chaired the meeting in the absence of Bassarath reported to the members that the Executive took a decision that the issue was 'Rum Shop Talk' and the matter was closed. [] Again I cannot comment on the affairs of the TTCB of which I do not have full knowledge of. However if those things are correct, I do not support such conduct and I find that behaviour regrettable. With regards to Ousman Ali (Dinas right hand man) Ousman is a former Diplomat and Permanent Secretary who also served on the TTCB’s Disciplinary Tribunal as Secretary prior to taking up a job at WIPA. He no longer works here because he has got on with age (69), but even so he is a man of impeccable character and I do not know what is intended by saying that he is my right hand man. It seems as though and I stand to be corrected that I have some influence over Ousman. That is a wrong assumption, Ousman is very independent and I know my place.
I am still awaiting Mr Bassarath response to the letter about the racists comments.Mr Bassarath stated the following in his email

[] I cannot answer for Mr. Bassarath
In your email to me you stated " I do not support anybody blindly and if this present Board is not functioning in the best interest of TT cricket then I will oppose them as well."
[] I stand by that statement.
Can you give me your position on this delicate matter since you are in one form or the other associated to the T&TCB?
Did you raise any objection to the above as VP of one of the Clubs associated with the T&TCB. I think an email of such[] I am not associated with the TTCB in any form or manner.
a conversation in T&T society would be frowned up by some one of your stature. A letter outlining your position should
have been dispatched to the T&TCB immediately . Did you do this Dinas?
[] No as I indicated am I am not aware of those details which you refer to but as I said before if they proved to be true. I strongly condemned such behaviour and the strongest possible action should be taken against those that are culpable.
It takes a great deal of fortitude to write such a letter , to have it thrown out in the wash is an embarrassment to all

[
] Yes but I also know that both Mr. Wallace and Mr. Moses were part of the Murray fraction so I would be very careful to jump to any conclusion without hearing the other side. That’s not to say I have a view either way. I simply do not know the facts so I cannot comment.
Your response back to me sounded as a reference for Mr Bassarath and the T&TCB , unfortunately I didn't ask for such.
Noted.
If you had the opportunity to re read my emails some were simple questions .Listed below
[
] . These things are public information, why don’t think the WICB does not make an issue of them.
Who are the directors of the WIPA Board .
[] Dinas (Pres), Wavell, Andrew Richardson, Ramnaresh Sarwan and Samuel Badree
Who are the directors of WIPMACOL?
[] Jimmy Adams (Chairman) Daren Ganga, Dwayne Bravo, Dinanath Ramnarine and Roland Hosein (Corporate Secretary)
Do you have the WIPA latest Financial statements. If the above are in the Arbitration or Courts I can wait.
Yes we have audited financial statements, which we hope to publish publicly in due course.

Hello Dinas,
Thanks for the directors of WIPA and WIPMACOL. I am unsure where one would find such information.
Why not post such info on your Web site .
You are a Non Profit entity in the Republic Of Trinidad and Tobago and St Lucia . Latter I assume for tax purposes.
I find it difficult to understand your statement.

Hello Dinas ,
Thanks for your response ,it how ever do raise some further questions.
I am surprised that you never had the opportunity to attend a T&TCB meeting or even be invited . I am sure if Mr Bassarath is aware of such you may get an invite soon.
No one is questioning Mr Ali character .
Can you advise did Mr Ousman Ali represent you or WIPA in talks with the T&TCB or WICB ?
If my information is correct and it says he did .
Do you see a conflict of Interest here Dinas?
You worked behind the scenes to get rid of the past administration.
This individual now heads an investigation. Just the perception can you see why it doesn't look proper , even without the thought of questioning this individual impeccable character or his independence?
I find this very strange this ...
Why was this brought up , since you are not aware of any infraction but want to subtly suggest a conspiracy theory of which you have no facts and cant comment.
Don't you think that's muddying the water a bit Dinas? A ploy used by defense attorneys.
Was this not reported in the newspapers , you didn't read such ? You mean no one told you about it ?
You called no one since you are unaware ? This is amazing I must admit.
Now this and I quote...
When the new group is ushered in because of poor Governance they gave a bonus to the T&T players who played at the Champions trophy. If I were to look at this without any aspect of malice ,what strikes out at me in bold is this hmmmm
Slap in The face for Mr Murray or pay back for Mr Ramnarine help working behind the scenes.
I ask myself which is it?
Now you see why this doesn't look good just the outward perception Dinas?
Ok lets proceed...
As VP of Alescon Comets Sports Club , do you fall under the T&TCB umbrella?
So as part of management you must have a say in what happens at the T&TCB ?.
Does T&TCB ask its members for ideas, suggestions or comments so it can formulate future plans , if it does do you abstain Dinas?.
As someone who lives in Canada away for the conflict , Mr Moses Thomas took the time to compose
such a letter and at a meeting the presiding Chair comments were this is Rum Shoppe talk and claim that the case is closed .After protest Mr Bassarath calls an investigation as off today no one has contacted this Mr Thomas .
The individual who allegedly made such comments has been sent to become a WICB director . No this cant be true?
One of the powerful men in West Indies Cricket and a VP of a Sports Clubs is completely unaware of such a situation , whom he worked behind the scenes to elect .
Some days I wonder are we really the most intelligent species on this planet ?
I humbly await your comments before I continue further ,Sir
Sandra

Here is an individual who worked for WIPA , you his superior .In your own words and I quote
I can’t speak for the TTCB but I would admit that I assisted them behind the scenes during their last election campaign to remove Mr. Murray and his group because I was opposed with the manner in which Mr. Murray and his group was handling the TTCB affairs.

You claim that you have nothing to do with T&TCB . Yet you worked behind the scenes as VP of Alescon Comets Sports Club to get a new group at T&TCB .I did so in my capacity as VP of Alescon Comets Sports Club even though I am aware it does not change the fact that I am President of WIPA. As you may be aware Mr. Murray was lead Negotiator with the WICB of which 5 matters went to Arbitration which should not have gone. I do not need to repeat the result of those matters. I will always oppose poor Governance.
