Sooner or later WE are ALL going to find out . My take is that if it is the WICB , then my suspicion that DIGICEL has the WICB in a Straight Jacket is True .All because of the WICB'S refusal to exercise Due Care & Diligence in Reading the Contract before signing .

This is one of the reasons why I cannot in good conscience Jump up and Down , when the WICB implements small incremental changes while what really needs to be addressed is ignored by the Emperors .

My perspective is that until & unless the WICB ; the Regional Boards ; & Operations at Factory Road undergo Structural Changes , WE are simply Spinning Top in Mud . I believe that a better analogy would be putting a Band-Aid on Cancer that has broken the skin .

If I recall the Parting message from Ken Gordon Right, he said that digicel contract was renegotiated and had added an "Exit Clause" which will be beneficial for WICB if things did not go their way.

So POINT, if that is one of the more pressing issues that is stopping WI cricket from moving wouldnt it be advisable to pursue it and look for good prospects?
