I am some what flabbergasted not to have received an acknowledgement .

I have posted the emails at this site http://www.windiesfans.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;. Its in the Cricket Forum with the same subject heading .The views keep increasing awaiting answers to my questions .

Mr Adams , you are the Chairman of this entity , I am positive the answers to my questions are within your realm .

Can you advise me Sir , when I can expect a response .

I noticed you have taken the silent mode , by refuse to respond to questions phased at you Sir?

Can you advise me have WIPA or WIPMACOL received monies from the taxpayers of T&T ?
Have you received grants or operating funds from any entity funded by the government of T&T ?
Do you have annual financial statements ? Can you advise me how do I get a copy ?
If taxpayers have donated , such documents must be produced upon request .

I don't think you should post emails without consent from the author. Please don't include Windiesfans.com in your correspondence to these people since this site has nothing to do with this.

The law is very simple in this area

1. I am the author I can post any response in a newspaper or the internet on
questions I have asked .

2. I can notify the individual that I am posting it on a web site . Soca has
done this .

3 We send you a copy , so if they wish to offer an opinion , they can send
it to you to be published .

Your site is not in any peril for litigation.
