Jamaica were 114-2 at the end of the penultimate day, with a marginal lead of two runs on first innings. Simon Jackson was out for 24, and the not out batsmen were Marlon Samuels 58* and Wavell Hinds 2*, with the wicket-takers being Fidel Edwards and Ryan Hinds. Barbados were all out for 322, with the main run-getters being Kraigg Brathwaite (76), Ryan Hinds (56) and young allrounders Jason Holder (41) and Kevin Stoute (39). Brendan Nash did not resume after retiring hurt in the first innings, and it remains to be seen if he bats in the second innings.

The Windwards won an extremely low-scoring match at Arnos Vale, making 220 and 60-6 to beat Guyana (142 and 138) by four wickets. In the second innings, an injured Rajindra Chandrika, batting down the order, topscored with 37 not out as Matthew took 4-29 and Mathurin 3-11, while when the Windwards stumbled towards the target, Permaul and Bishoo took three wickets each.

Trinidad made 283 in reply to the Lions total of 325, Runako Morton leading the batting with 54, while the other main-scorers were the Ganga brothers, Darren (47) and Sherwin (28). Jade Dernbach took 4-44 and there were two wickets each for Liam Plunkett, Danny Briggs and Adil Rashid. At stumps, the Lions were 185-4, the wickets to fall being Lyth (29), Jimmy Adams (66), Andrew Gale (55) and James Hildreth (5). the not out batsmen are James Taylor (8) and Craig Kieswetter (11). The spinners have done the damage for Trinidad, Imran Khan taking two wickets, and one each for Dave MOhammed and Amit Jaggernauth.

Ottley topscored for the CCC with 84, while other good scores came from Romel Currency (56) and Kyle Corbin (46), as Justin Athanaze and Tonito Willett took three wickets each. The CCC were all out in their second innings for 269, setting the Leewards an unlikely victory target of 370, and at the close of the third day, they were reeling at 70-5, Omair Banks the main scorer with 26, against Carlos Brathwaite with two wickets, and one each for Kavesh Kantasingh, Kevin McClean and R Reifer.

The Trinidad-Lions game ended in a tame draw, as the Ganga brothers batted out the rest of the match, reaching 196-3 when the game was called off, with Darren on 60 and Sherwin on 17.

Jerome taylor made 30 and Nash 41 not out as Jamaica made 340-8 when the game was officially ended as a draw. Best, Brooks and Chase all took two wickets for Barbados in the second innings....
