If Shiv flopped show me the stats to support your position.. and do so comparing him with the rest of the team. Back up you stance, do it ..ah waiting..

Your the one who loves to post "stats" so whats stopping you this time?

EVERYONE KNOWS that shiv only made one 50 in the Tests against Sri-lanka and then looked lost at the crease, in the ODi's he was poor again AND GOT DROPPED, in the world cup he RAN OUT Dwayne Bravo which signalled our demise and after that he couldn't even muster a 50 against both Ireland and the Netherlands, those are the FACTS, i don't need any "stats" to prove that.
I'll take it that you are coping out ... what a shame, when I was actually expecting some substance for your position relative to the team.

I gave you a preview of what he did and said it was FACTS, now the question is are you scared to prove me wrong and defend your "hero"?

Shiv is not my hero but I'm an admirer of the Great Man. Shiv is a genius who brings his own style and brand of cricket while rising to the top of the world. You have to admire a man like Shiv, coming from third world region making a name for himself.
The burden is on you to prove that Shiv flopped relative to the team. ... patiently waiting

Shiv isn't the only sports man to come from a poor environment!!

So it looks like my suspicions have been confirmed then? YOU'RE TOO SCARED TO PROVE ME WRONG?!!

it's ok balloil you don't have to dig yourself further into a hole by making feeble excuses!!...defending the indefensible is never an easy thing to do!!

Its time we move on these guys didnt produce for us in WC and have been marginal at best, lets lose with players who are dedicated and want to play? not PDs...
That's not what Balloil wants to hear Allan!!..him still want Shiv to continue to slow down our run rate and run out him fellow batsman!!

.
As for the ODI team, hopefully Barath, Baugh and Dwayne Bravo will be back, i also expect Samuels to be involved too, it will be interesting to see.
Dwayne Bravo is continuing his poor form with the bat, so no surprises there....
So, now that the seniors have been dropped, and we still can't make runs, so what's the excuse?
At least when Shiv, Sarwan and gayle were in the side, there were times when we could make good scores. NOw, we definitely can't!

absolutely!
what these much easier batting conditions than the first match does is expose this batting side as capable of 220-230 tops.
if the sun shines all the way through at Kensington, I will give them 10-20 more at max.

simmons is still a disappointment too. if there was a day when he should have scored a ton and cemented a place for the long term it was today. he may never get a better opportunity!
Simmons head is the problem. at 50 he shud have grown more cautious not more aggressive given the state of the game and the team he is playing for. he was the last man remaining with the form and ability to drive-up the score ultimately.
Simmons had to bat right through the innings and he did not appear to realise that salient fact. had he realised it, he would have steadied himself, reduced risk-taking and carried on instead of the extravagance that cost him his wicket and westindies any chance of putting up a decent score

samuels run rate worst than Chiv's. Baugh making less than Ramdin and Sammy cant make this team but he make Captain. Windwards cant win a regional tornement yet they run WI cricket. Coach is a whole other story. Whats new about WI cricket?
