Shiv has batted twice. Talk to me when Rehman has done the same. And Rehman batted better than any Pakistani batsman, or WIndies batsman, for that matter. Well it's Shiv groupies like you who keep MOANING because i wanted the man dropped!!.. so i said "ok Shiv PROVE ME WRONG and get yourself a little 50 for starters"...but just like i expected THAT DIDN'T TRANSPIRE!! , i give him credit for hanging on today!!.. but if you think these little 27 and 36 scores will be good enough in future Tests then you're only fooling yourself Mike!! .

Shiv's 36* in the 2nd innings was the TOP SCORE.

27 + 36* = 63 average for the test match

Shiv has raised his batting average from 48.98 to 49.06 in this test match.


It was unfortunate Shiv did not get at least a fifty in this test match.

BUT SHIV REMAINS THE BEST BATSMAN IN THE WEST INDIES.

Hopefully Shiv will raise his test average to 50+ by the end of the Indian series.

With Sarwan( 23 and 11) and Nash(5 and 3) failing miserably---afro may get his wish and proven failure Marlon Samuels(28.73 average in 29 tests) may be selected in the next test.

Lil Bravo(25 and 8) is guaranteed a spot in the WI team for life----he is the next Lara his fans say---and he likely gifted the test match to Pakistan when he dropped Shafiq off Rampaul.
