where cricket is concerned I belive Otis has had somethign negative to do with sarwans game. other dat I dont see where the wicb is to blame for sars troubles.

the labour issues are the labour issues and the players have to fight back and they have. they have their union etc and they have their cases going with the board.

but there are crucial areas where sars failed to manage himself properly. and dats where the problem realy is.the problem has been Sars really..no ones fault but his.

the wicb gave him all the opportunties they cud have. in the end deh just had to drop him for sars was awful, weak, unresponsive to the challenges the opposition threw at him, his great experience of no use to him and the westindies.

to get selected agin runs is part of it of course. how he scores them will be important. Sars must demonstrate that quality hat wud alow him to counter and deal successfuly with whatever the oppsition devises to get him out. to me dat wud be key!

Sars must demonstrate the brains necessary to bat properly, to score to be an example to the youngsters coming up. deh must be able to look at him and learn how to bat, how to deal with challenge and adversity, how be creative, determined, how to overcome.

sars has been childish, foolish, a baby. he must now be the experienced, professional, strong player he shud have been by now to get back in. if h turns into such a palyer..and he has all that is necessary to..I dont se how he can be kept out

Sarwan is just a product of the environment. The West Indies environment! Produce the least possible and get away with it. Honestly, the current WICB environment is NOT a productive one for seniors. The boar want them out and they are getting pressured right round. Sars was our best batsman in the ODI series against India but failed in the Test due to lack of form. Will Sarwan bounce back? I think so given his proven record averaging 40+ in both Tests and Odis.
