Imagine players just choosing to skip a Test tour of the Windies, before travelling to England, where there are only one or two practice matches. So, unsurprisingly, the only players who have been consistent on this Test tour to date are Dravid and Kumar - both of whom played in the Caribbean.
To top it off, they have a practice match against Northants, and guess what? Superstar Sachin Tendulkar chooses to miss the match!
He's averaging less than 30 in the Test tour so far, so he really needs time in the middle, and should be playing in this game instead of Saha....
Duncan Fletcher surely has his work cut out for him.
