Why Aren't Spam Posts Removed?

In November 2024, the messageboard was spammed with over 50 posts from someone using the identity "Brallitly".
Elsewhere, there are many other posts which are clearly spam, having been added in a language that is not the one used by genuine posters (or the people who run the website) or which are adverts for products unrelated to the subject matter of the messageboard.
It is very disappointing that these spam posts still have not been removed from the messageboard,
