Perhaps instead of looking at reasons why this wouldn't work in the Windies, we should be discussing aspects of the plan that could be applied.
We as in we? Yuh anyone give a crap's ass about how we feel? We can have the WORLD of SOLUTIONS but would it be considered or acted upon?
