my position in this issue is dat keepers must bat. deh are a hindrance if deh cant bat. no team can afford a keeper who cant average at least in the low to mid thirties.
so I will even bother now with the term 'specialist' with regard to the keeper! the keeper must be able to bat and dats dat.
neither Ramdin nor Baugh can keep the job were I a selector. deh wud have been told long ago, in no uncertain terms wat I want...an average of 30-35.
if either kept the job and maintained a 22 average deh wud know that as soon as better cud be done deh wud be gorne
