BISHOO STRUGGLING TO BUY A WICKET IN THE 2ND INNINGS IN BARBADOS

Lil Bravo could have helped him out---but he was in dream land---check this:
Bishoo to Laxman, FOUR, dropped and not for the first time by Darren Bravo. He can imitate Brian Lara with the bat, but his catching is not quite up to scratch. This may have dropped just in front of him, but better fielders would have scooped it. Short ball from Bishoo that just hurried in towards Laxman who was committed to the pull and couldn't keep it down. Bravo at midwicket dived forward, but could not get the fingers under it.
India 223/3

Bishoo: 25-3-62-0

A DOSE OF HUMILITY IS GOOD FOR BISHOO!

den let him get back to bowling as usual. let him toss up the ball, give it air, loop[ it and bowl likke he can to get batsmen out.

why the rass he keeps pushing the ball through for. he is pushing the ball through too much, bowling to low and too fast.

but he will lern I guess..on his own for his captain does not know and cannot tell him wat to do..tell him to bowl like a spinner is supposed to bowl.

sammy shud be up there with bishoo, advising him to stick to the basics no matter the pressure...

yu may get licks but it is better to try to get the man out in the right way...

Bishoo will struggle even more in the next test...if he is selected. No Sars to help him...uncle Shiv will be there, however.

Sars used to encourage him to toss up the ball, give it some air. but the Clappo made it known that he is the clappo, not Sars.

BISHOO TAKES HIS 1ST WICKET IN DOMINICA
Bishoo to Mukund, OUT, there's the breakthrough which has been a long time coming, Mukund looking to play off the back foot, a short of length ball that sits up, batsman tries to clip it towards midwicket, but edges it on to his thigh pad and the ball pops up nicely for short leg, a much-needed wicket for West Indies

A Mukund c Barath b Bishoo 62 (149b 5x4 0x6) SR: 41.61
That is Bishoo's 20th wicket---playing in his 5th test match.

BISHOO NEARLY NABBED KOHLI
Bishoo to Kohli, 2 runs, streaky from Kohli, a length ball that turns away sharply, Kohli is drawn forward and he pokes at it tentatively, the outside edge results, and the ball flies past a diving Sammy at first slip
Oh well! Close but no cigar!

Bishoo to Raina, no run, loud shout for lbw as Raina is hit on the crease, the ball was quicker through the air and dipped on Raina, the ball would have clipped leg stump show replays
Bishoo: 34-2-108-1

Bishoo's 2nd bowling hundred!

Well he got another wicket in the end which was richly deserved, it was tough for him out there today but these kind of experiences can only help him develop his game, the amazing thing is he's had to start his Test career against two teams who play spin well in India and Pakistan, and thus far he's taken 21 wickets and counting, can you imagine when he plays the other teams? i can see him getting better and better from here on.

Agree! Well said!

Bishoo is playing in only his 5th test---he has a lot to learn----but like you said 21 wickets and counting aint bad at all.
