There are many others who can do a better job that Opiss! The issue is that WICB got OPISS kissing their ass and carrying on their Dottie agenda!
Other WI, beside Hoops and Kalli who can do a better job include but not limited to Phil Simmons (as Westdem pointed out), Padams, Logie, Harper (oops, another guyanese!! haha), etc. oh, yes Andy Roberts too!
Most of these chaps will not put up with the WICB's shitty agenda !! I know Kalli will not!!

I can choose between westindian coaches. we have good ones, better ones and worse ones. Gibbo is coach now but I dont see him as capable. so I look around for better among what we have

just 2 names that seem qualified and capable Bally. add all the others suggested here and more if we have them

Gogley and others here cuss him off. I think I treat him much better than that. I try to treat him fairly...if not in the past certainly now

I did not big up david Williams or state he must get the job. I listed him as a possibility. there are many others.
any quality westindian coach is good enough for me.
but had I the responsibility I would hire no coach as head. I would have coaching throughout the westindies...coaches who would act as scouts as well, coaches westindies can call on anytime one is needed for work at the top.
at the top he would report to the captain. the captain is the man in cricket. that shoud remain so. demote the coach..do not dilute the captains position
