Wonderful bowling by Mathurin and Santokie! Mathurin looks to me like a mirror image of Anthony Martin - a slow bowler who doesn't spin the ball much, but gets it wicket to wicket, and is hard to get away. When the England batsmen tried to swat him across the line, they were out bowled or lbw. And Santokie was a left-handed Fidel, bowling fast, slingy action, which the England batsmen hust couldn't pick up, and couldn't cope. With his left hand coming out of the umpire's chest, they just couldn't live with Santokie's pace.

The real dangermen were the openers Kieswetter and Hales, but it was only when Bopara was sent back to the pavilion that I started to believe. I danced in the Bedser stand every time an England wicket fell, and I've never danced so much in 17 overs!

The cocky England supporters became quiet, and with every run out, I could see about a dozen other WI supporters in the Bedser stand dancing also. I left the Oval singing 'Rally Round the West Indies', while the sad England fans shuffled out quietly. It was a great feeling....

LOL what a game huh?

so proud of the guys yesterday, bowling and fielding was absolutely brilliant and Mathurin was just sensational, i also knew Santokie would cause problems because he's a Caribbean bowler who uses his intelligence more than his physical gifts, those two won us the game but it was also nice to see Bishoo get involved aswell, that Stokes was going strong until Bishy trapped him, did anyone see Bishoo bowl a googly in his spell? i can't remember if he did, i really want to see him use it more now,

Watching the game i was sick after we batted, english commentators talking like the game was already done and dusted, David lloyd said we had "no chance" and even said he "felt sorry for West Indies because they are so poor", so i was laughing my head off when he had to speak at the end with him stupid rass!!

But really the result shouldn't shock anyone because we've beaten England THREE YEARS IN A ROW in t20s and we should have beat them in the world cup too, we've got some brilliant talent around the caribbean but the fans just seem to like to run them down and we wonder why they fail?

England were only missing Broad, Pieterson and Morgan from their full team while we were missing around nine star players, so that should put the win into context right there!!.. hoping Trinidad get a good result today with Darren, Barath and Narine doing well,

Yeah, the England fans at the Oval were pretty cocky too, and seemed to take victory for granted. They even started to slow-handclap Marlon Samuels when he was batting. Little did they know that Samuels would topscore in the whole match with a run-a-ball 35, and would out-bat all the England batters....
