My idea would be to come hard at the Indian batting lineup in the first session; make early inroads and don't look back. I pick Chanderpaul as I feel he is a much needed stalwart in the batting lineup. Sarwan gets the drop on the basis of his poor form and a need to go all out to with the first test. A bit of a gamble picking 5 batsmen/5 bowlers and a keeper but we have to give ourselves a chance to bowl India out twice.
The selectors have had other thoughts in mind as they have included Sarwan and excluded Roach. So they go into the game with a bowling lineup of: 1 spinner, 2 fast medium and 1 fast.
