Hello Dinas ,

Thanks for the Directors of WIPMACOL . I do have some questions hoping you are kind enough to answer them.If I am wrong in my interpretation I would appreciate being corrected.Since I do not have the email for Mr Adams or Mr Hosein , I am sending this note to you . If they have to answer my questions can you forward this email to them please.

I understand WIPMACOL was incorporated to maximize the individual players rights in terms of monetary gains and for tax purposes.

I also understand from you in an earlier email that no funds or contracts have been negotiated to date .Have any changes occurred since that email about 6 months ago.

If no funds have been received , I assume no Financial Statements. Do you have an opening Financial Statement showing the stakeholders in this entity , can I get a copy of this ?

Can you advise , who negotiates the players rights in terms of monetary compensation . Do the players have advisers for such or does WIPMACOL have agents that handle this phase . If the latter can you advise me the names please?
Are Directors of WIPMACOL allowed to act on behalf of players ? If so can is there a predetermined fee and can you advise how they are indemnified ?

I have noticed that certain players have contracts to do public relations work on behalf of a telephone company . Did WIPMACOL negotiate this ? If not can you explain why, since this seems to be the area that WIPMACOL would be of an asset to them .

Will WIPMACOL get a percentage of such incomes , since it would need operating funds ? If such a provision exists can you advise how it is tabulated ?

How can the WICB collect 10 percentage of a players income when playing 20/20 overseas , yet WICB have an understanding that WIPMACOL and WIPA are representing the players and their interest?

No response from Dinas to date so I am trying the Chair of WIPMACOL Jimmy Adams .

I sent him the questions Nov 30th 2010.
