NATIONAL cricket selectors chairman Dudnath Ramkissoon described the absence of KFC Big Bash-bound duo Kieron Pollard and Dwayne Bravo as a blow to the TT team as they continue preparation for the Caribbean T20 Tournament in January.

The two all-rounders will not suit up for the national team as they will be in Australia for the KFC Big Bash Twenty20 competition scheduled for December 30 to February 5.

“Any team losing two West Indies players would certainly be affected, especially in the 20/20 format,” he said,

“We are still very positive that we can do well and I think we can win if players step up,” he added.

Biz is Biz eh? Mumbai had to make that decision and they don't see Bravo in the plan.
