England A squad for WICB Regional 4 Day Tournament

Looks like the Regional 4 day is right after the Caribbean T20. This is a strong England team...England Lions arrive in the Caribbean on January 24th.
Jamaican born pacer Maurice Chambers is also in the squad which includes Adil Rashid and is captained by James Hildreth.

How come a WI A team is not playing in the English Domestic? How about getting some of our A team players on the county scene?
