...for international teams to play whole 5-day test matches, and 3-4 tests in a month to 5 weeks, and deh cyar play 2 ODIs in 3 days?

why must a team be scheduled to play a game, then wait a week before they are scheduled to pay again?

this thing taxing mih focus, tiring mih out in an effort to stay on top of it.

I say again that the organising of the world cup of cricket, especially the games schedule is a waste of time, the most ridiculous of contests

even basketball..NBA..look at how they play their championships..a game every other night

Agreed! most of the time you have to watch minnows playing a big team and we know what the result will be. There are all one-sided games rather than real contest. Tell your fren Lorgat to get out of that Hotel in Bangalore and get to work..

it shud take a week, 10 days to shake the minnows out....ooh and ahhh at the couple of upsets dat wud take place..den a proceed to real games.

we are wat 3 weeks, 20-22 days into the games and the minnows are stil there, and the tournament is somnambulent, sleeping its way through week after week of silly action.

the ICC is a damm fool of an organisation, as bad as the wicb. instead of increasing attention to cricket their polices exhausts the games' potential in an hazy hurricane of dispiriting nonsense

Spot on Mapoui...The scheduling is a mess and with some much venues available I don't see why we can't have multiple games per day. Its a joke ...

yes! there might be a tad too many minnows. deh cud reduce the amount of the no-hopers in the tourney.

but the real problem is the slow match rate. Lorgat is nuts if he thinks he can run a WC along the lines of the soccer WC and get away with it. the cricket WC shud tale 30 days at most no 40+

it shud be short, sharp, intense and competititve. Holland, Ireland and bang aint bad. their on the up movement makes them real upset possibilities. I dont know about Canada, Zim, Kenya.

Bang at least qualify for being at home and being up the rankings

today is March 12...we have 21 days of this shit to go again.

almost a month and we are not even at the quarter final stage.

why do people even bother with cricket I dont know. this is the cricket showcase, the best and brightest moment of the game in the world, and it is a dull, silly, meandering event that bores the hell out of everybody.

why is there even a malingering, tiny interest still in the game of cricket, under ICC mismanagement, I dont even know.
