Jamaica's Brendan Nash scored his maiden first class double hundred, 206, to put his team in a dominant position at 574 for seven at the close of the second day's play against Trinidad and Tobago, in their Regional Four-day Championship semi-final, at Sir Frank Worrell Ground, University of the West Indies, St Augustine.

absolute nonsense bally! why the hell do you guys want skansh to be captain of the westindies? why is the presence of skansh in the westindies not an insult to you?
and this is a stupid game, typical of the way the world has become...greedy to a fault...insane.
cricket is a game with a certain sructure and intended result, that should be played a certain way, responsive to that frame. jamaica played contrary to this purpose
yet in a 4 day game, with a strong position achieved from the second day tamar lambert bats well in the third day of the game, killing it completely as any kind of spectator sport.
Titty does not have the time remaining in the game to try to overhaul jamaicas total. so the policy of the Yardies was to kill the game the moment they achived the upper hand.
this is one time I would wish for the doctoring of pitches. if Titty had made a spinners paradise that produced a result I would have been far happier than this. tamar lambert is a ridiculous captain. I will be pulling for the CCC

hey Bally! as Indian power rises, on the team and in the admionistration I hope this is not the nonsense we can expect, an embracing of nonsense like the anti-westindian selection of such as Snash.
what shud we expect, players born in India playing for the westindies...white bwoys from everywhere with the most tenous of connections slide into the team?
man where the hell are yu guys coming from with this whole-hearted embrace of Snash!1!!?

Maps...the question was a joke. Do you think those jokers will both pathetic Sammy ?
Regarding the game, I don't think the Jamaicans played in good sportsman spirit... They killed the game granted its a must win game to advance. There are other ways to go about winning than kill the game. I like the winner of this game but have to rethink after the Jamaicans tactics here.

Lambert gave such a disgusting impression of himself as captain I am certain he would reconsider his acions had he the oportunity to do it again.
as captain he bats the game into nonsense, totally afraid, scared to hell to lose, fearful of his shadow to lose. wat is he afraid of losing his job, watching snash creeping up behnd him?
for that alone he wud lose the captaincy had I anythng to do with it. he have to earn and keep his job on the field as a good, thinking leader, capable of winning strategies on the field more often than not.
if he cyar do that he is toast for me. worse if he doed not like to win by these methods he is totally toast as far as I am concerned

What's wrong with what Lambert did? He's perfectly entitled to bat as long as he wants. And remember it was Ganga who won the toss, and had the brilliant decision to put Jamaica in!
As for Nash, I don't have a problem with him being in the side. At least both his parents are Jamaican, unlike Kevin Pietersen and Jonathan Trott. And if England can have Pietersen and Trott, why can't we have Nash?

what is your take when one of your countryman Robin Singh played for India?
How do you think the Indians react to this? Robin went on to ocach India too.Full name Rabindra Ramanarayan Singh
Born September 14, 1963, Princes Town, Trinidad
Current age 47 years 202 days
Major teams India, South Trinidad, Tamil Nadu, Trinidad
Robin Singh, an athletic allrounder, has tenacity and commitment as his greatest allies. In his second coming at 33 - seven years after he made his international debut in his birthplace, Trinidad - sharp, gutsy pressure-play earned him a regular place in India's one-day team. A master of the quick single, and a powerful, flat hitter over the leg side, he is a valuable batsman at the death -- and occasionally, in pursuit of big totals, up at No. 3. His military-medium offcutters can be useful in the middle overs, but his bigger contribution in the field is manning the cover-point region, where he stops certain boundaries and holds improbable catches. Short of Test class with both bat and ball, he will nevertheless be remembered for shrugging aside his limitations and getting on with the job. He retired from all forms of cricket in January 2004 and embarked on a career in coaching, training India's junior and A squads. He was appointed as India's fielding coach before the tour of Bangladesh in May 2007. He held that position for more than two years but India's disappointing showings in the two world events of 2009 cost him his job. Prior to that, he took over as Mumbai Indians' coach for the third season of the IPL.

Jamaica always knew the rules and have deservedly won.
Amazingly Ganga did not know the rules or the Trinidad management and thought they would go through on a no result.Thats why they moved from the Oval to UWI(no drainage in case of rain) and asked for the flatest track of all time.
Serves them right as they were looking for the bore draw from the start. Captain fantastic gets an F
Ps rule is stupid but thats par for WICB

So, Ganga's negative strategy has come back to bite him?
