Is Sarwan feeling the wrath from the WICB because of his affiliation with WIPA? Sarwan was elected treasurer of WIPA last October.

Do you think active cricketers should be part of WIPA’s management?
President of WIPA, Dinanath Ramnarine, was re-elected unopposed at its Annual General Meeting in Kingston, Jamaica on October 17, 2010.
Other members elected to serve for two (2) years are : Wavell Hinds—Vice President (unopposed); Andrew Richardson—Secretary (elected); Samuel Badree—Assistant Secretary (elected); and Ramnaresh Sarwan—Treasurer (elected).

its best they run their afairs themselves...

yu dont want go setting up a bureaucracy in there that has never played before and depends on union jobs their means of livelihood.

that is bound to creat problems, end up a financial drain on the players and lead to their loss of power in their own union.

it going to be tuff enuff in that regard with themselves running it, far less to bring in professionals and specialists to run their union

yes! none more qualified than the players to run their own ship!

I would go even further and suggest the following to them...make all officers terms liable to change at any time. make appointments based on need of the moment and day, for specific and necessary work tha is to be accomplished.

and when that work is done the job can be over.

in fact the issues shoudl always be thoughly known by all members, fully discussed and understood and so anyone can do any job at anytime. it all comes done to efficcacy, practricality of the moment and the most competent and effective job that can be achieved.

you could not subvert the organisation by corrupting any officer or member of a traditionally elected executive, for there would be none... or all are everything in there.

the system loves when their oppostion sets up traditional executive and organisational structures. our lords and masters are expert at subverting status quo organisational structures by good old fashion corruption

if this is accomplished what you would have is a walking organisation that could disassemble and coalesce again at any time to acomplish whatever they need to do, fully aware of whats going on, fully educated in their process, why they are doing their business as they are, and commited to their own class interests
