isnt Deryck Murray a defeated candidat or the TTCB presidency?

TTCB and GCB expose fully, clearly, unremittingly that the incompetence, stupidty and decline in westindies cricket starts at the top and is region-wide, not limited to the factory Road.
that is why I accused the new westindian elite of blac and brown people of deliberate destruction of westindies cricket, and stated that there will be no resurgence in westindies cricket until there is general social change in the westindies from the ground up!
